Onyx Record Press comprises a team of engineers and artists with over 25 years of experience in vinyl manufacturing, and Gil Tamayzan is at the helm of every project. Since pressing his first records in 1999, he has cultivated a rare and highly intimate expertise as the founder, owner, and operator of Capsule Labs. From mastering to manufacturing, Gil is a Co-Founder of Onyx Record Press alongside partners Surachai Sutthisasanakul, Cyrus Makarechian and Moe Espinosa. He is the driving engine for every aspect of our Los Angeles-based independent vinyl manufacturing house.

We use state-of-the-art pressing machines and an order tracking system for the highest quality vinyl production and customer service. Our combination of experience, work ethic, quality control, and technology makes us a unique source for vinyl production. We ship orders globally, and local pickup is also an option.

Please note that we do not offer repressings. Consider your quantity carefully as we will not be able to repress. Every order will be considered a new order and go through the same process of lacquering, plating, pressing, printing.
